What is an online will?

A person's Last will or testament iis a legal act that contains instructions regarding how this person wishes to distribute their assets and property when they die. A will may be modified as often as you wish during your lifetime.

Experts in inheritance law always recommend making out a will as soon as you have some property in order to avoid future legal or personal problems.

When a person dies without a will, the Law will be responsible of appointing the deceased's inheritors and their order of priority, so that the full inheritance will be proportionately assigned to the family of the deceased according to the measure established by law.

In the event of updating a will, it is also highly recommendable to review any life insurance policy and the beneficiary or beneficiaries of the same, given that the insurance company will pay the person nominated in said agreement, regardless of what is stated in the will.
